With 8 dental clinics, it’s one of the largest integrated private dental centers in Singapore offering the best of services and patient care through their dedicated staff and state-of-the-art facilities.

In spite of it all, T32 Dental was facing stiff competition from other dental clinics in the region. To add to their troubles, they couldn’t engage in any aggressive forms of marketing because of the strict regulations around healthcare in Singapore.

As a result, they could only rely on a mix of traditional advertisements, referrals, and storefront displays – none of which really worked and/or were immensely difficult to measure.

T32 Dental realized that they needed a more creative and perhaps, unorthodox solution if they were to rise above the competition and get more visibility and leads. That’s when they decided to reach out to us at Brew Interactive.

Solution

The dental industry in Singapore is a crowded space with the players offering very similar messaging and services. We realized that we needed to create a category-disrupting digital experience for people in need of dental care.
